All about me :)

Hi everyone!

My name is Bailey Knoles and I am 18 years old. I was born in Flagstaff, Arizona but raised here in Phoenix! I graduated from Greenway High School in 2014, and am currently a freshman at Glendale Community College! I love it here! All of my professors are really nice and I live close by so I am able to stay at home and save a ton of money! After I complete all of my prerequisites, I will transfer to Arizona State University to get my Bachelor's Degree in Exercise and Wellness.

Fitness is a HUGE part of my life! Besides school and work, working out is pretty much all I do! I have a gym membership to 24 Hour Fitness and a personal trainer at a gym called Thurston's Personal Training. I usually workout about once or twice a day, while following a meal plan that my trainer, Stephen has provided me with. Chicken, rice, fish, egg whites, veggies, protein shakes, and sweet potatoes is just about all I eat. Sounds great right? I started working out a lot about three monte ago after I officially decided not to play volleyball anymore so that I could focus on my future and school. After my first month of training, my results were significantly better and my trainer asked me if I wanted to train for a bikini competition. I did my first show ever this past weekend and I plan on doing many more!

Aside from school, I have two jobs. I am a host at Olive Garden and I am a brand rep for Power Crunch which is a protein company! I've worked at Olive Garden for about two and a half years, and I just recently got this job at Power Crunch! It is so much fun! Basically I get paid to go to big events such as autism walks, ASU games, Cardinals games, Europa, etc. and pass out samples of our protein bars which are AMAZING! If you have not tried them, I highly recommend it!

Family is also really important to me! If someone asked me if I was a daddy or mommy's girl, I wouldn't be able to answer because they're both so amazing and do so much for me. My two older sisters, Kelsi and Jessica, are pretty much my best friends. We do everything together because they're so fun to be around and we all get along great! My oldest sister, Kelsi just had her first baby girl two months ago. Being an aunt for the first time is one of the coolest experiences in my lifetime and it brought all of my family so much closer together!

Fun Fact:
My great grandpa, Thomas Knoles, discovered and owned many things in Flagstaff such as Knoles Elementary School, Knoles Parking Garage, AND there is even a Knoles street at NAU!
